This agreement is between the vendor (Client's First) and the homeowner directly. The HOA only facilitates the sign-up via this form as a courtesy. All questions regarding this service should be directed to the vendor (Client's First).

Service will be provided on same day as the regular neighborhood service (Wednesday).  

A credit card must be placed on file with Client's First and will be charged for the full month of service on the first day of each month. If you want to cancel service please contact Client's First directly.
