The Turtle Cove community was established with a set of DCCR's that provide the foundational rules, procedures, rights, and restrictions that each HOA member is bound by.
Over the years the DCCR's have been modified to accommodate changes in technology and legislation that impact the governance of the Turtle Cove Community. A copy of the DCCR's and amendments is given to each homeowner when they purchase their home. Historically the DCCR's have only been available in print form.
If you need an official copy of the DCCR's you can obtain one from the management company. There is a small fee for printing and mailing costs. Do not rely upon the e-copy that is a work in progress.
