The club house is open and available for event rental. 

Rental fee is: $100 for a full day from 10 am - 10 pm

The rental fee is non-refundable.

There is a $50 non-refundable administrative fee that goes to the management company as compensation for their processing of the rental transaction. 

A cleaning deposit of $75 will be collected at the time the rental is booked. It is renter's responsibility to ensure the club house is properly cleaned after a rental. If not properly cleaned the $75 cleaning fee deposit will be retained.  Additional cleaning fees may apply if the facility is left excessively dirty.  Total upfront amount is: $225.
