Letter To The City November 2025

Concerns about the construction site have been brought to the city's attention both formally and informally many times over several years. Concerns were dismissed or ignored prior to Mayor Tim McCallum's election in 2025. Within just a few days of receiving this letter, Mayor McCallum had city workers out at the site taking action to address concerns.

Utilities were left exposed with no equipment on site.

Excavated areas were not properly compacted and filled.
